The space is open from Easter to Thanksgiving and available for a week or long weekend; time to be negotiated with the owners. This is not a rental property; simply a family’s fully decorated cottage with bicycles and beach stuff.

Enjoy waking up to beautiful sunrises in this story studio with a full bathroom, kitchenette has a Keurig, microwave and a toaster oven. There is a Queen size bed, and ample relaxing space. For an additional guest we have a single air mattress and a queen size air mattress. We have three beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and beach towels which you’re free to use.
Our guests all love waking up in the “treehouse”. You’ll likely hear leaves falling on the tin roof and owls and other wildlife; on quiet nights you may hear the waves on the beach across the marsh. We have our own well with its natural mineral water. Besides the carriage house, guests have access to the laundry room which is attached to the main house where we live.

ITEM #5: Untitled, Halsey Hathaway

This magnificent collage is done on hand marbled paper, a signature style of this artist, and is 15 x 10 inches.
Halsey Hathaway (b. 1980, American) has been making this body of work for over a decade, and has exhibited at galleries and shows throughout North and Central America. Hathaway has been awarded the Tony Smith Award from Hunter College and was a fellow in painting from the New York Foundation for the Arts. Halsey Hathaway lives and works in New York.
The market value of his Untitled collage series has ranged around $1,600 with a minimum bid of $450.

Queen sized quilt, soft green/cream/pink calico, eight-pointed-double star blocks, all cotton, gorgeous hand quilting, scalloped edges.
Made by upstate New York Presbyterian church women’s group in 1980’s. Perfect condition.

Riding the Waves
A child’s primary colored, cotton quilt, 44” X 42”, that depicts two seahorses bobbing on the water.
Log cabin quilt pattern. The seahorses are fashioned from batik fabric which, itself, is printed with seahorses and wavy underwater plants. Don’t miss the color of their eyes. Bright red backing.
The market value is priceless with a minimum bid of $200.

ITEM #9: Free Trade Haitian Coffee

Free Trade Haitian Coffee
Enjoy two 12 oz. bags of Café Kreyol coffee with their Haitian blends ranging from their dark roast (Haitian Hound) to medium (Zombie Desert)
to light (Caribbean Blue).
These coffees, along with many others, are sold as whole beans and employ over 2,800 people in Haiti. They believe in quality and sustainability are parallel. The winner will be provided with a code that is good through the end of the year to be used on their website.
