Jameson grew up in Tiano Beach which is located in Grand Goave, Haiti. Many of you may remember him as a young boy, helping his family serve grilled lobster on the beach before an evening swim. He loved the sea, fishing, swimming,as well as cooking fresh fish. During his time at home, he learned English at a local school. In 2022, Jameson won the agronomist of the year from the Grand Goave dept of agriculture. While away at school, Jameson lost his mother from a long battle with cancer.

He left the beach and moved to Hinche in 2019-2021 to study agriculture at E’cole Entrepreneur Agronomie. Once Jameson completed his studies and graduated with honors, he returned to Tiano Beach. Seeking employment in his field he received a job as the farm manager for Family Health Ministries. The farm produced a wide variety of vegetables and were sold at the local markets. Under his supervision he supervised 14 employees and continued in the role until june 2024. When he sought to enter the US, prior to the legal way was changed.

In 2024, Jameson came to Haiti Reforestation Partnership as the Community Garden Coordinator. He has established 47 vegetable gardens next to each tree nursery. Teaching the groups about planting, care and harvesting of a variety of vegetables. Each 786 workers has received 25 pounds of fresh vegetables at harvest time.
